Our India, a nation with a large population, faces growing needs and relies on a developing economy. The government’s efforts to reach the needy can sometimes be limited. As citizens of this great nation, we, the Mothercare Foundation, join hands to restore its glory and eradicate hunger.

While only a fortunate few are naturally endowed with soft skills, acquiring them is not impossible for others. FIF trains individuals in soft skills to enhance employability.
At FIF, we:
- Provide literacy programs for the illiterate.
- Offer job-oriented in-house training programs based on individual aptitude and interests.
- Encourage the pursuit of school and college education, including diplomas, degrees, and postgraduate studies.
- Facilitate job opportunities through collaborations with businesses, corporations, and private entrepreneurs.
- Offer counseling services for those facing mental distress.
- Provide vocational guidance to the underprivileged.
- Organize periodic excursions for educational and recreational purposes.
- Offer trust services to foster self-respect and self-confidence, enabling children to become dignified citizens of society.
- Aim to shape a secure and meaningful future for each child by providing personalized attention.
